Food Service Contract
South Essex Community Council (SECC) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations and businesses to provide food services for our Meals on Wheels Program. Interested organizations and businesses are encouraged to review the full RFP for requirements and submission details. Proposals are due by September 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
