Supporting Temporary Foreign Workers in Windsor-Essex
The TeaMWork Project at South Essex Community Council offers a range of programs designed to support temporary foreign workers as they adjust to life and work in our community. Our services include one-on-one support with case managers who assist clients in setting and achieving their goals, ensuring personalized guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. We also offer English classes to improve language skills for daily interactions and workplace communication, helping workers feel confident and connected. Through these programs and more, the TeaMWork Project is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where foreign workers feel supported, valued, and equipped for success.

Foreign Worker Supports
