Income Tax Clinic – Leamington Office

Free income tax filing service starting March 18th, running until April 30th. You may utilize this service if you have:

(1) A modest income
– individual with an income of $35,000 or less
– couple or family with children under 18 with a total household income of $45,000 or less

AND

(2) A simple tax situation
– no self-employment income or employment expenses
– no business or rental income or expenses
– no interest income over $1,000
– no capital gains or losses
– no foreign property (T1135)
– no bankrupt individuals in the year of or prior to bankruptcy
– no deceased individuals

LEAMINGTON OFFICE – DROP-OFF service only due to office renovations
– place all income slips and receipts in a labelled envelope with your name and phone number
– complete the income tax drop-off form and an authorization form at the office and attach it
– you’ll receive a phone call when your tax return has been filed and to pick up a copy along with your original paperwork
